AYA Universe was one of the highlights of our trip to Dubai. The entire attraction is beautifully designed, with stunning lights, interactive displays, and immersive digital worlds that make you feel like you've stepped into another universe. Each room offers a different experience, from mesmerizing visuals to interactive elements that are fun for both adults and children. The atmosphere is magical and perfect for taking photos and videos. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well organized. We spent several hours exploring the different zones and were constantly amazed by the creativity and attention to detail. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone who enjoys immersive and futuristic experiences.

AYA Universe is one of the most unique attractions I’ve visited in Dubai. The experience is spread across multiple themed rooms, each offering a different combination of lights, sound, visuals, and interactive elements. The creativity and attention to detail are impressive, and it feels more like stepping into a series of immersive art installations than a traditional attraction. Some rooms were absolutely stunning and created a real sense of wonder, especially with the combination of digital effects and interactive features. It’s also very family-friendly and suitable for all ages, including older visitors who may prefer a slower-paced experience compared to other Dubai attractions. The venue is well-maintained, organized, and easy to navigate, and there are plenty of opportunities for photos and videos. I would recommend allowing enough time to explore each room rather than rushing through, as some of the experiences reveal more the longer you interact with them. The only reason I’m not giving it a perfect score is that a few areas felt shorter than expected, and the overall experience can be completed relatively quickly if you’re not taking photos. That said, it’s still a memorable and visually impressive attraction that offers something different from the usual theme parks and tourist activities. Overall, AYA Universe is a great experience for couples, families, and anyone who enjoys immersive digital art and interactive environments. Definitely worth visiting at least once while in Dubai.

Visited AYA Universe and it truly felt like stepping into a different dimension. It is a futuristic art experience in Dubai that combines immersive digital experience, light and sound show, and interactive digital attraction in the most creative way. The entire place feels like a next-gen entertainment Dubai destination, where every zone is designed as a sensory experience Dubai with beautiful visuals and AI-inspired art space concepts. It’s not just an attraction, it’s a visual storytelling experience that takes you through a walk-through digital world. Each room offers a neon lights experience, creating a dreamlike universe vibe that feels completely unreal. It’s one of those Instagram-worthy spots in Dubai and definitely a viral Dubai experience because of its magical photo spots and cinematic experience Dubai feel. From cosmic themed rooms to digital universe exploration, everything feels like a reality meets imagination journey. The attraction perfectly blends art meets technology, offering a sensory escape experience with interactive art installation and light projection experience throughout. Overall, it’s a futuristic walkthrough zone and a multisensory journey that gives a virtual reality style attraction feel without needing VR gear. A must-visit for anyone looking for a viral Dubai hotspot and unforgettable experience.

AYA Universe is honestly one of the most unique experiences we’ve had in Dubai. Every room is super immersive and completely different from the previous one, with lights, visuals, sound effects and interactive elements that make the whole experience feel magical. We visited with family during the Eid period and everyone genuinely enjoyed it - even our parents were excited taking pictures and videos 🥹🧿 It’s one of those places where you completely lose track of time because there’s so much to explore. Perfect for families, friends, or honestly anyone looking for something different indoors in Dubai. The visuals are stunning and there are so many beautiful photo and video spots throughout the experience. Definitely worth visiting! 🤩🫶

We had such an amazing experience! Our tour guide and content creator, Monica, was absolutely the best. She took the most incredible pictures and her explanations were so engaging and informative—it really made the whole experience come alive. From the moment we arrived at reception, the service was excellent. Everything had a real “wow” factor and was so well organized. The entire experience felt very therapeutic, almost like healing our inner child. My friend and I had the best time and created such beautiful memories. Highly recommend!

AYA Universe is one of those rare attractions where each zone feels like stepping into a different reality. The various sections are thrilling in their own way—some genuinely magical—and the transitions between worlds are seamless and immersive. The staff were consistently polite, friendly, and helpful, which only added to the overall comfort of the experience. During our visit it wasn’t crowded, making it easy to explore at our own pace and fully enjoy each installation without stress or rushing. It’s an amazing experience for both adults and kids, though I’d say it’s best suited for visitors aged 10 and above. Some of the environments and sensory effects may be overwhelming for younger children, and a few concepts are better appreciated by older minds. Overall, this is a highly recommended Dubai experience—beautifully designed, thoughtfully managed, and unlike anything else in the city. You’ll thank me later.

I recently visited AYA Universe, and I have to say, I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. Having visited many similar attractions around the world, with the pinnacle being teamLab attractions in Japan, I felt this was easily in the same league. The venue offers a wide range of exhibits involving light, sound, motion, and music, which combine to create an environment that is mesmerising on every level. We spent around 90 minutes exploring the various zones, each offering something unique. We visited mid-week and the crowds were pretty low, which meant you could sit back and enjoy everything without feeling rushed. I’d 100% recommend a visit to AYA Universe; it’s fun, fascinating, and the atmosphere is fantastic!

Beautiful and unique experience!! You live in a world of visual illusion and manipulation for a while, which truly excites your senses ♥️ I would recommend it to people who love trying something different and unusual. The staff are mostly good. Some staff members seem a little tense and stressed when speaking or guiding visitors, but overall they are polite. The price is expensive, but if you have discounts such as Fazaa, Smiles, or any other offers, then the price is reasonable.

Visited AYA Universe at Wafi Mall on a weekday, which was honestly the best choice since it wasn’t crowded at all. The entire experience felt relaxed, immersive, and well-paced. The ticket cost AED 101 per person after bank offers, which felt reasonable for what the experience offers. One detail I really liked was the AYA Universe Passport, which acts as the entry pass, it’s a fun little touch and adds to the overall futuristic theme. Each zone inside has its own unique vibe with stunning visuals, lighting, and sound effects. Watching the videos later made me appreciate the design even more, the colours, reflections, and movements look incredibly aesthetic on camera, making it a great place for photos and videos. One of the highlights for us was the ball pool it was unexpectedly so much fun and genuinely felt like letting your inner child come alive again. My friend and I had such a great time there, laughing and just enjoying the moment without feeling rushed or awkward. Overall, the experience was fun, visually captivating, and worth visiting at least once. I’d highly recommend going on a weekday for a more enjoyable and less crowded experience.

AYA wasn’t originally on our itinerary. We chose to visit simply because it was close to our hotel and we had a few hours to spare before heading to the airport. I’m so glad we did—it turned out to be a fantastic experience. Having already visited TeamLab in Abu Dhabi, AYA doesn’t quite match it in terms of size or scale, but it absolutely holds its own. In fact, especially if you book through a third-party app like Klook (we saved around 30%), I think it offers excellent value for money. Each room has its own unique theme, ensuring there’s always something new to discover. The staff deserve a special mention—they were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful, happily showing us the best spots for photos and even taking some fantastic pictures and videos that were instantly Instagram-worthy. Our seven-year-old son also loved collecting stickers in his little passport as we explored each zone, which added another fun element to the experience. The highlight for all of us was the final room—a gigantic ball pit. I honestly can’t remember the last time I laughed so much as the three of us swam, jumped and played our way through what felt like hundreds of thousands of balls. It was pure family fun. If you have a couple of hours in Dubai, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AYA. It was the perfect way to end our holiday.

This was my second visit to AYA Universe, and this time I brought along family visiting from India — and what a wonderful choice it turned out to be! Our group ranged from a 3-year-old all the way up to a senior citizen over 70, and every single one of us was completely enchanted. AYA Universe is located inside WAFI City Mall and It's a journey through different chambers, each with its own theme of light, sound, and motion. As you move from room to room, you genuinely feel like you've become part of a vast, glowing universe. The reverse waterfalls, the cosmic gardens that seem to bloom around you, the mirrored infinity chambers, and the giant glowing ball pit were absolute highlights for everyone in our group. What makes it so special for a mixed-age group is that it's self-paced — there's no rigid path or rushing. You're even given a "passport" at the start to guide you through the zones, which adds a fun, collectible element for the kids. The interactivity sets it apart from more passive attractions — the lights and visuals respond to your touch and movement, so you're not just watching, you're truly part of the art. Photography is allowed throughout, and honestly every corner is picture-perfect. A few practical tips: plan for at least 90 minutes for a relaxed visit, expect short queues at the more popular rooms, and note that food and drinks aren't allowed inside. It's an indoor, air-conditioned escape, which makes it perfect year-round regardless of Dubai's heat. Whether you're visiting with kids, parents, or grandparents, AYA Universe is a beautiful, emotional, and unforgettable experience.

The blend of creativity and technology makes every moment feel otherworldly. It’s a place where imagination comes alive, suitable for families, couples, and anyone seeking a unique adventure.
