We had the privilege of meeting the beautiful dolphin, Alice, along with her primary trainer, Warrick. Watching the bond they share was truly heartwarming. The trust, affection, and understanding between them were so genuine that it was impossible not to be moved. You can see that Alice isn’t just cared for—she is deeply loved. Warrick and Glen took the time to share so much about Alice and the incredible care every dolphin receives. Learning that each dolphin has a dedicated primary trainer, supported by a team of three to four other trainers, was fascinating. Every aspect of their wellbeing is thoughtfully planned—from specialised diets tailored to their age and weight to enrichment activities that make every single day engaging and fulfilling. Even the pairing of each trainer with their marine mammal is carefully considered based on their personalities and compatibility, creating relationships built on trust and mutual respect. What made this experience even more meaningful was learning that the dolphins at Dolphin Bay are rescued and not bred at the facility. Knowing they have been given a safe, loving home made the experience all the more humbling and inspiring. We had a really fantastic experience at Dolphin bay. We brought our 2 kids as a big treat during our holiday and they absolutely loved it. Amira the dolphin and Manu the guide were amazing. Manu taught the kids lots of lovely simple facts about dolphins and we got to see them in action up close. Super trip and highly recommended.

Visiting the dolphins was an unforgettable experience. Seeing these beautiful and intelligent animals up close was truly special. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about the dolphins’ well-being. The facilities were clean and well-organized, and the educational information made the visit even more interesting. The staff were Keish, Adrián and Werrick. One of them also speak Portuguese, so i was very happy, because my friend didnt speak english, and he could help speaking also Portuguese. The dolplhin Maui was very well trained.

We booked the dolphin encounter experience and it was amazing. Warrick and Giulia were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Their love for the dolphins and sharing their expertise showed throughout the experience and it was delightful from beginning to end. We absolutely loved the experience of interacting with the dolphins! The only thing that surprised us was the price of the photos. We paid 77 euros for two pictures, which felt quite expensive. The photos can be printed and are also available in digital format, which is convenient, but the price was still unexpected. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, especially for our child, and we will remember it for a long time.

Our dolphin encounter an swimming experience was truly breathtaking. We went with the whole family including a 4 year old and teen girls. Well organized admin part, our host Rose‘s briefing was crystal clear and straight to the point.
