Even though we booked at the last minute and the resort was fully booked, the team went above and beyond by upgrading us to a Premium Deluxe Room. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our two-day stay. The animals were clearly very well cared for, and the zoo keepers were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. The resort itself was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place for a special celebration. What made our stay truly unforgettable was the thoughtful surprise from the resort. Knowing it was my fiancée's birthday, they sent a complimentary birthday cake to our room, which was such a kind and heartfelt gesture. The highlight of our visit was definitely the sea lion show. Ryan and the entire training team made the celebration even more memorable by wishing my fiancée a happy birthday during the show. The المكان is clean, well-maintained, and easy to walk through, with shaded areas that help a lot during hot days. There’s a good variety of animals, including lions, elephants, monkeys, birds, and more, enough to keep both kids and adults interested throughout the visit. It’s not a huge zoo, so don’t expect a full-day adventure, but that actually works in its favor if you’re looking for a relaxed outing without too much walking. There are also play areas and small attractions that add to the overall experience for children. Overall, it’s a well-organized and enjoyable place, perfect for a half-day visit. Fun, educational, and interactive, definitely worth visiting if you’re in Abu Dhabi.

WOW, where do you start with such an incredible experience. Amina was our educational tour officer and from start to finish she was sensational. Very informative, friendly, polite, professional and an absolute gem with my daughters. She answered all questions with such a degree of knowledge. The experience of breakfast with the giraffes was like no other. Everything was faultless and can not begin to explain how picturesque everything all was. My daughters had the best time learning about the most beautiful of animals. We then did hippo feeding which was just incredible again. It truly is unforgettable. Going around and learning about different animals whilst getting to feed them will be a core memory myself and my children have. 5* experience! Special shout out to the African drummers who were just fantastic with the kids and also for making a birthday wish come true for my 10 year old.

What a lovely hotel! The swimming pool was just outside our room, and the room itself was clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. We also had an amazing experience at the zoo—getting up close to the giraffes and elephants was unforgettable, and the sea lion show was the highlight. Kudos to all the trainers! This place is highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back again.

I experienced the “Breakfast with Giraffes” program at Emirates Park Zoo and Resort. To be honest, it was an exceptionally satisfying experience that was well worth the price. This program is limited to only two rooms per day, with a maximum of four people per room. The price is 2,000 AED per room, which is not cheap, but the quality of the experience is very high. It is extremely popular, so I strongly recommend making a reservation at least one to two months in advance. The breakfast time runs from 8:00 to 10:00. Some people stay at the hotel attached to the zoo the night before, but we did not. We arrived in the morning around 7:30 and waited to be guided. There was no need to arrive especially early; arriving on time was sufficient. During breakfast, giraffes come right up to you, and you can feed them directly from your hand while enjoying your meal. They are much closer than expected, surprisingly impressive in size, yet calm and adorable. The sense of being in a non-everyday, almost unreal situation is incredible. Honestly, rather than going to an expensive hotel in Africa just to have breakfast with giraffes, I feel this experience offers even better value. After breakfast, we were also able to feed the hippos, which was another highlight. The close interaction with the animals is a big part of the charm here. As a once-in-a-lifetime memory, this is an experience I can confidently recommend.

Even after checkout, the staff kindly allowed us to continue using the resort facilities since we had a late flight. We relaxed at the resort and enjoyed a swim before leaving. Overall, it was a value-for-money stay and a memorable experience, especially for families and animal lovers.

We stayed near the giraffe area, and opening the door to see giraffes right in front of us was amazing. My child was very curious and could not stop watching them. We went to Emirates Park Zoo and Resort where we had breakfast with the giraffes. Breakfast with Giraffes is so popular that reservations are made two or three months in advance. If you know the date you want to go, make your reservation early. Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am, so we arrived at 7:30am. When you first enter the room, you may be surprised by the size of the giraffe. At breakfast, there were four giraffes in total, one of which was a baby giraffe. They were all so cute and I was able to feed them vegetables with my hands. I was able to spend a dreamlike time. Afterwards, we were able to feed the hippos and camels. The otter I met on my way home was very smart and cute. You have to go early in the morning, but it will be a wonderful memory. Highly recommend!

The staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, always ready to answer questions and help with feeding activities. We also enjoyed the exciting Bird of Prey show, which was both entertaining and educational. If you are looking for a highly engaging and educational day out in Abu Dhabi, Emirates Park Zoo is a must-visit. It is the perfect place to make lasting family memories.

We went on Sunday during the UAE National Holiday weekend. The zoo is amazing. There are many different species under one roof. There is option to feed animals at nominal cost. It is a very good attraction for young kids. The highlight for me were the Royal Bengal White Tiger and the Black Panther. There are 3 categories for tickets. We went with the lowest one costing AED 65 per head. The top variant costs AED 125 but there is a 20% fazaa discount applicable bringing the price to AED 100. Kindly note that Fazaa discount is applicable only on the top variant and not all ticket variants. Since it is all in open air, it is better to go during winters. Start early to have ample time to cover and enjoy the entire zoo. Outside food is not allowed (except small kids) and the food options inside are on the expensive side. You may have a heavy meal before entering in to avoid hunger pangs inside. There is ample parking nearby at a short walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend this place for all age groups to have a fun filled day.
