The dress code is casual. Hats and scarves are not allowed during the flight.
Only a phone, camera and sunglasses are allowed. Bags, hats and scarves must be left in the storage area at the helipad. Professional cameras with lenses of 400 mm or longer, selfie sticks and tablets are not permitted on board.
Yes. On shared flights, the weight limit is 110 kg per passenger; passengers over this limit must purchase an additional seat. On private flights, the total weight limit is 450 kg. Seatbelt extenders are not used.

Flights may operate in reduced visibility. If a flight is cancelled due to weather conditions, you will be offered a new date or a refund.
No, both printed and electronic tickets are accepted.
Flights depart from the helipad at Zayed Port in Abu Dhabi.
Children under 2 are not permitted to fly. Children aged 2 and over require their own seat and pay the full adult fare. Children aged 2–12 must be accompanied by an adult (18 or over).
It is not allowed to fly a helicopter by law.
