We absolutely loved the place and had a wonderful time, especially in the Police Station section. William, who was there, was incredibly kind and friendly with our daughter. He made her feel so welcome, and she absolutely loved the experience. We truly appreciate his kindness and would like to thank him for making our visit so special. Highly recommended!

Kuwait traveling to Dubai. This Dubai was really beautiful and kidzania inside Dubai mall was awesome. Our kids really love the activities not playing games its learning activities.

Great experience at Kidzania with my 4y old. A lot of activities for different age groups and lovley staff who guided us trough whole venue. Depends on ticket type some activities as extra charge. Overall great experience and different type of learning for children trough games while having fun.

We visited KidZania Dubai with our 3-year-old and had a really positive experience. Our little one was actually able to do a fair number of activities. Staff were helpful in guiding her towards suitable jobs, and many of the experiences were adapted well enough for her to take part and enjoy them. She loved the independence of choosing what to do and collecting her KidZos. We went during the daytime, and as there were surrounding regional tensions, the mall was noticeably quieter than usual. That meant we didn’t have long waiting times at all, which made a big difference to our experience. I can imagine on a busier day — especially weekends or holidays — the queues could be quite long. What we liked: -Very immersive setup — it genuinely feels like a mini city -Clean, well organised and secure -Friendly, patient staff -Plenty of variety Things to consider: -Many activities do have minimum age/height requirements -On busy days, waiting times could be significant -Younger children may need a bit more parental guidance to understand the concept of earning and spending Overall, we had a great day and would definitely return. While I still think 4–7 years old might be the sweet spot to get the absolute most out of it, a confident and engaged 3-year-old can still have plenty of fun — especially if you visit at a quieter time. Staff who went the extra mile: William, Margaret, Lanze?(shopping) and staff in music room. Conveniently located inside Dubai Mall, it’s easy to combine with other activities, which makes it a good half-day plan.

We had a wonderful experience at KidZania! I was truly impressed by how thoughtfully everything is designed. The details and activities are amazing. My daughter and her friends were absolutely thrilled. Special thanks to the young man in the perfume department (unfortunately I forgot his name) for his enthusiasm and great interaction with the kids. He made the experience even more memorable

Kids just loves it. It would be recommended to get the premium tickets. We just got the economy so we can't do any food work. It will cost you 21aed for pizza. So it would seem the same with the premium ticket. If your kids like snacks. But anyway, we just did without. No water fountains here. We had to buy water bottles for 3 to 6 aed.

Amazing experience! Took my nearly 5 year old when we were in Dubai, he loved every minute of it. There own world where they get to be the grown ups, work/play/spend. Worth every penny, we also got a discount because we flew with emirates which was a bonus. If kids want to do every part it can take up to 3-4hours. Each job is about 15-20mins

We visited KidZania on Sunday with my daughter Siya, and she absolutely loved it. From the moment she entered, she was excited about everything — the role-play activities, the uniforms, earning KidZos, and moving around the mini city on her own. There are so many activities to choose from that kids stay fully engaged for hours. It’s amazing how KidZania encourages confidence, independence, teamwork, and real-life learning in such a fun way. Siya enjoyed exploring different professions and didn’t want to leave at all. Since it was a Sunday, it was quite crowded, and waiting time for some activities was long. However, the staff managed the kids well, and the experience was still enjoyable overall...

What a day in Kidzania! What originally planned for a few hours, lasted over 12 hours. Don’t ask how. If you have kids and want to give them some “real life” experience on different things you don’t usually get to do on a daily, def bring them here. A wonderful place for kids’ development. KidZania really helps children understand important life skills like setting goals, teamwork, and even basic concepts of earning money. It’s also amazing for parents — you get to see your children from a completely new side. I would especially like to mention William 🫡 from the Police Station. He is an energetic, positive, and truly dedicated person who loves what he does. His vibe, enthusiasm, and interaction with the kids made a huge difference and created such a great experience💫 Highly recommended for families who want fun and meaningful time for their kids🤗
